Legalics advised and assisted TAS Technology Platforms Private Limited in connection with its investment in RGD Dental Private Limited. The firm provided end-to-end legal support for the transaction, advising on and assisting with the various transactional and legal aspects involved in bringing the investment to completion. RGD Dental currently serves over 5,000 dentists and offers more than 8,000 SKUs. RGD Dental also intends to enter into the robotic ecosystem.
