Desai & Diwanji advised NeoGeoInfo Technologies Limited, and TT&A advised Neev Fund II and Aavishkaar India Fund VI on the transaction. NeoGeoInfo Technologies Limited has raised $20 million in a Series A fundraise led by Neev Fund II and Aavishkaar India Fund VI by way of a primary subscription to compulsorily convertible preference shares and equity shares. This is the company's first institutional funding round. The proceeds will enable NeoGeoInfo to expand into international markets while continuing to support the use of geospatial data in governance, infrastructure development and disaster management in India.
