Baker McKenzie advised the CMA CGM group on its acquisition of the Fattal group. The transaction concerns CMA CGM’s acquisition of the Fattal group. Founded in 1897, the Fattal group has developed into one of the leading brand distribution agents in the MENA region and currently operates in eight countries. Specialising in warehousing, promotion and distribution of products and services for consumers, professionals and direct clients, the Fattal group primarily distributes fast-moving consumer goods and consumer electronics, as well as pharmaceutical and health products, perfumes, makeup and cosmetics.
