Bär & Karrer Advises BC Partners on Co-control Investment in InfoRLife with ACS Dobfar

"Bär & Karrer advised BC Partners on its investment in InfoRLife alongside Italy’s ACS Dobfar, under which BC Partners acquired a co-control stake from founder and CEO Sergio Dusci and the ACS Dobfar founding families. BC Partners was also assisted by Latham & Watkins, Studio Legale Tributario Facchini Rossi Michelutti, PwC, Jefferies and Rothschild. ACS was supported by Alira Health and LCA; Studio Tremonti Partners advised ACS and the sellers on Italian tax aspects."

Bär & Karrer advised BC Partners on the transaction; BC Partners was also assisted by Latham & Watkins, Studio Legale Tributario Facchini Rossi Michelutti, PwC, Jefferies and Rothschild. ACS Dobfar was supported by Alira Health and by LCA, while Studio Tremonti Partners advised ACS and the sellers on the Italian tax aspects of the transaction. Through the transaction, BC Partners has acquired a co-control stake in InfoRLife from its founder and CEO Sergio Dusci and from the founding families of ACS Dobfar. The investment was carried out alongside Italy’s ACS Dobfar. Bär & Karrer represented BC Partners with a team composed by: Susanne Schreiber (tax, co‑lead), Paolo Bottini (M&A, co‑lead) and Andrea Ziswiler (M&A, co‑lead). The core team also included Rocco Rigozzi (M&A, Real Estate) and Martina Giacometti (M&A), together with Donjeta Beka, Leotrim Berisha and Patrick Füllemann (all Tax).
