A&O Shearman advises Leasys on EUR750 million senior unsecured bond

A&O Shearman advised Leasys S.p.A. on the issuance of a EUR750 million fixed-rate senior unsecured bond intended for institutional investors. The bond has a nominal value of EUR750 million, pays a fixed annual coupon of 3.700% and matures on 27 July 2030. The notes were issued under the EUR10 billion medium term notes (EMTN) programme of Leasys S.p.A. and have been admitted to listing on the regulated market of the Irish Stock Exchange, Euronext Dublin.
