Akerman Represents HEICO Corporation in $1.2 Billion Senior Notes Offering

Akerman represented HEICO Corporation in the closing of an offering of $550 million aggregate principal amount of 4.950% Senior Notes due 2031 and $650 million aggregate principal amount of 5.400% Senior Notes due 2036. The notes offering totaled $1.2 billion in aggregate principal. Proceeds from the offering will be used to reduce borrowings under HEICO's $2.2 billion revolving credit agreement, leaving the company with substantial ability and flexibility to fund future potential acquisitions. HEICO is principally engaged in the design, production, servicing and distribution of products and services to niche segments of the aviation, defense, space, medical, telecommunications and electronics industries through its Flight Support Group and Electronic Technologies Group. HEICO's customers include a majority of the world's airlines and overhaul shops, numerous defense and space contractors and military agencies worldwide, and manufacturers in the medical, telecommunications and electronics sectors.
