Goodwin Advises Syntetica on $30 Million Series A Funding

Goodwin advised Syntetica in connection with its $30 million Series A financing. The Series A round was led by Bpifrance, SWEN Capital Partners and Lululemon, with participation from Syntetica’s existing investors, including EQT, and several business angels. The financing will enable Syntetica to pursue the industrialisation of its recycling technology and to support the development of its first commercial demonstration unit in France, in partnership with Michelin’s Centre for Sustainable Materials in Clermont-Ferrand. Syntetica has developed a proprietary chemical recycling technology that recovers and reuses synthetic materials from complex textile waste, contributing to the development of circular and sustainable supply chains. Goodwin represented Syntetica with a team composed by: Xavier Leroux (Partner), Louis Taslé d’Héliand (Counsel), Charlotte Muller (Associate) and Alice Borgida (Legal Counsel) on corporate matters.
