Jeantet advises PRIM S.A. on acquisition of Impulseo Group

Jeantet advised PRIM S.A. in connection with the acquisition of 100% of the capital of the Impulseo Group. Jeantet acted for PRIM S.A., a Spanish listed company specialising in the supply of hospital equipment and medical devices, in the purchase of the entire share capital of the Impulseo Group. Impulseo is a French operator focused on the distribution of medical equipment and on health, sport and wellness products and services, as well as on the continuing education of healthcare professionals. The transaction forms part of PRIM S.A.’s growth strategy to strengthen its presence in the French market for the distribution of healthcare products. It is expected to foster synergies between medical equipment distribution, professional training and digital platforms dedicated to healthcare professionals. Founded in Spain and active internationally, PRIM will pursue its development in France alongside an established distributor and trainer in the health sector.
