Gide advises SEGRO on equal joint venture with Pure DC to develop hyperscale data centre in Paris region

The facility will provide 48 MW IT capacity on a site with 75 MVA secured electrical capacity and is SEGRO’s first data centre project on continental Europe."

Gide advised SEGRO in connection with the creation of an equal joint venture with Pure Data Centres Group Limited (Pure DC) for the development and operation of a hyperscale data centre in the Paris region. The transaction establishes a second 50/50 joint venture between SEGRO and Pure DC to develop and operate a next‑generation, fully equipped hyperscale data centre in the Paris area. The project will deliver 48 MW of IT load on a site with secured electrical capacity of 75 MVA. The operation is a major step in SEGRO’s strategy for the European digital infrastructure market and marks the group’s first data centre project on continental Europe. The joint venture will combine SEGRO’s expertise in property development and site delivery with Pure DC’s know‑how in the design, construction and operation of hyperscale data centres.
