Advisers on Trans-Oil Group USD 300 Million 12.75% Eurobond Issue

"Sayenko Kharenko and Turcan Cazac, together with Linklaters and Homburger, advised Citigroup Global Markets, ING, Oppenheimer Europe, Raiffeisen Bank International and UniCredit on Trans-Oil Group’s issuance of USD 300 million 12.75% secured notes due 2031. Baker McKenzie and Gladei & Partners, together with Harneys Aristodemou and Walkers, advised Trans-Oil. The issuance included a consent solicitation and tender offer relating to USD 650 million notes due 2029."

Sayenko Kharenko and Turcan Cazac, working with Linklaters and Homburger, advised Citigroup Global Markets, ING Bank, Oppenheimer Europe, Raiffeisen Bank International and UniCredit Bank. Baker McKenzie and Gladei & Partners, working with Harneys Aristodemou Loizides Yiolitis and Walkers, advised Trans-Oil Group. The transaction comprised the issuance by Trans-Oil Group of USD 300 million 12.75% secured notes due 2031. The issuance was accompanied by a consent solicitation and tender offer relating to the issuer’s outstanding USD 650 million secured notes due 2029. Trans-Oil Group is a vertically integrated agro-industrial holding with operations in Moldova, Ukraine, Romania, Serbia and other Central and Eastern European countries.
