Clifford Chance advised CVC Capital Partners on its agreement to sell D‑Marin to InfraVia Capital Partners. The transaction concerns the sale of D‑Marin, the leading premium marina operator in the EMEA region. The deal marks a significant milestone for CVC’s investment in D‑Marin, which has expanded beyond its traditional markets in Turkey, Croatia, Greece and the UAE into Spain, Italy, France, Malta and Albania.
