Clifford Chance advises Rabobank, ABN AMRO and ING on Heijmans' €210 million revolving credit facility

Clifford Chance advised Rabobank, ABN AMRO and ING, acting as lenders, on the refinancing for Royal Heijmans N.V. The transaction consisted of a €210 million refinancing of Royal Heijmans N.V.’s existing revolving credit facility. The agreement was coordinated by Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. (Rabobank) and concluded with the existing banking syndicate comprising ABN AMRO Bank N.V., ING Bank N.V. and Rabobank.
