Dentons and WKB Advise on AP Pension EUR 111.5 Million Financing for Eurowind's Polish Solar Portfolio

Dentons advised AP Pension Livsforsikringsaktieselskab and WKB advised Eurowind Energy Group on a EUR 111.5 million financing. The financing was provided to eight companies within the Eurowind Energy Group to support the construction of solar photovoltaic projects across Poland. According to Dentons, the financing will support the development of projects with a combined installed capacity exceeding 191 megawatts.
