The transaction was aimed at rationalizing the group's corporate structure with the objective of achieving greater efficiency both operationally and financially. BonelliErede represented Marex Group with a team composed by: partner Giuseppe Rumi (team leader), Nicolò Piero Rinaldo, Ludovica Pomanti, Claudio Bagnani and Riccardo Licata. For administrative law aspects, the team included Alessandro Rosi and Andrea Gemmi.
