BonelliErede advised investor 360 Capital Partners, ADVANT Nctm advised Klaro, and ZNR Notai carried out the notarial services in connection with the transaction. Klaro, an Italian artificial intelligence platform designed to simplify access to credit and optimise liquidity management for small businesses, has closed a €3 million seed financing round. The investment was subscribed by 360 Capital Partners through its 360 Digitaly fund. BonelliErede represented 360 Capital Partners with a team composed by: partner Giulia Bianchi Frangipane, managing associate Enrico Goitre, associate Elena Cozzupoli and Davide Cardinali. ADVANT Nctm represented Klaro with a team composed by: partner Simone De Carli.
