August Debouzy advises Spacinov founders on Quilvest entry into Spacivox

August Debouzy advised the founding shareholders of Spacinov, Amala Partners acted as financial advisor to Spacivox and its co‑founder and CEO Laurent Es Skheifi, and Agilys Avocats advised Quilvest Capital Partners. The transaction concerns the entry of Quilvest Capital Partners into the capital of Spacivox, the SaaS omnichannel platform published by French software company Spacinov. The operation takes the form of a first LBO/MBO with Quilvest as a reference shareholder. Laurent Es Skheifi, co‑founder and CEO of Spacivox, retains a significant stake and remains fully committed to the group's development. Jeremy Lainé, co‑founder, also reinvests as a minority shareholder, and several key executives have joined the shareholding. Spacivox is a cloud‑native, no‑code multichannel orchestration platform for B2C collections and customer interaction optimization, serving over 100 major clients across banking, telecommunications, utilities, insurance, collection agencies and judicial officers. The platform handles more than 450 million interactions per year across voice, SMS/RCS, email, chatbots, AI voicebots and a customer portal. Quilvest’s investment is intended to accelerate Spacivox’s growth through platform enhancement, investments in artificial intelligence, strengthening of sales and customer success functions, and expansion into new markets in France and internationally. August Debouzy represented the founding shareholders of Spacinov with a team composed by: Étienne Mathey (partner), François Richard (senior lawyer) and Albane Shehabi (corporate/M&A), and Elie Bétard (counsel) and Vincent Fromholz (tax). Amala Partners acted as financial advisor to Spacivox and its co‑founder and CEO Laurent Es Skheifi with a team composed by: Numa Bourragué, Jean‑Michel Cagin and Corentin Joubaud on M&A, and Damien Schaff and Victor Senechault on debt advisory. Agilys Avocats represented Quilvest Capital Partners with a team composed by: Baptiste Bellone (partner), Carolle Thain‑Navarro (partner), François Troadec (partner), Chloé Journel and Matthieu Pintat.
