Gide's Casablanca office advised Royal Air Maroc in connection with its acquisition of SIAMI's 40% stake in Atlas Servair. The acquisition of SIAMI's 40% interest in the airline catering company enables Royal Air Maroc, which already held 60% of Atlas Servair’s share capital, to become the sole shareholder. Gide advised Royal Air Maroc on all legal aspects of the transaction, including legal structuring, the drafting and negotiation of contractual documentation, the management of required regulatory approvals and the closing of the operation. Gide represented Royal Air Maroc with a team composed by: Chloé Joachim de Larivière, partner, who led the team; Abdallah Ktiri, associate; and Ségolène Pelsy, partner, who supported the transaction on merger control matters.
