The transaction involved the sale of Integra Testing Services, a provider of HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing (TAB) and controlled-environment certification services for mission-critical facilities. Integra focuses on highly regulated and technically complex environments — including life sciences, healthcare, education, government, and data centers — where reliable system performance and uptime are paramount.
