Baker McKenzie advises Ufenau on sale of Trans Europa Express stake to Orlando Capital

Baker McKenzie advised Ufenau IV German Asset Light, SLP, a fund exclusively advised by Ufenau Capital Partners, on the sale of its shareholding in Trans Europa Express Holding (TEX) to funds managed by Munich‑based private equity firm Orlando Capital. The transaction involved the disposal by Ufenau of its stake in TEX, an independent pan‑European provider of railway services. The buyer is funds managed by Orlando Capital, a private equity firm based in Munich. Baker McKenzie represented Ufenau IV German Asset Light, SLP with a team composed by: lead transactions partners Alexander Fischer and Matthias Trautmann.
