A&O Shearman advises Skanska on sale of Studio A in Warsaw

A&O Shearman advised Skanska on the sale of Studio A to Stena Real Estate AB. The transaction was valued at EUR159 million. With this deal, Stena Real Estate becomes the sole owner of the entire Studio office complex, following its acquisition of Studio B in 2024. Studio A comprises approximately 27,700 sqm of gross leasable area and is described as one of the most technologically advanced and sustainable office buildings in Warsaw. The property is located on Prosta Street, adjacent to the Norblin Factory complex.
