Wright Avocat acted as legal counsel to Agripower France in connection with its capital increase carried out by private placement with suppression of shareholders’ pre-emptive subscription rights. The operation, announced on 26 June 2026, raised €1.85 million through the issuance of 1,947,368 new ordinary shares at a unit price of €0.95, representing 16.08% of the company’s share capital prior to the transaction. The placement was completed by way of a private placement with an accelerated bookbuilding process and was carried out pursuant to the authorization granted by the mixed general meeting held on 15 September 2025. Settlement-delivery and the admission of the new shares to trading on Euronext Growth Paris were completed on 30 June 2026. The proceeds will enable Agripower France to implement its strategic plan, secure its cash runway beyond twelve months, strengthen its equity base, finance working capital needs linked to the expected growth of its activity—particularly in relation to construction contracts associated with its projects—and pursue its development in biomethane as a developer-investor.
