Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz served as legal advisor to ConocoPhillips in the transaction described below. On July 1, 2026, ConocoPhillips remarketed $600,000,000 of tax-exempt Sub-Series 2017D Revenue Refunding Bonds (Marathon Oil Project) issued by the Parish of St. John the Baptist, State of Louisiana.
