Baker McKenzie Advises TTM Technologies on Acquisitions of STG and ILFA

Baker McKenzie advised TTM Technologies, Inc. on the parallel acquisitions of Swiss Technology Group AG (STG), headquartered in Zurich, and ILFA Industrieelektronik und Leiterplattenfertigung aller Art GmbH (ILFA), headquartered in Hanover, Germany. The transactions involve the acquisition of two European printed circuit board and electronics businesses. Both deals are subject to customary regulatory approvals and are expected to close in the third quarter of 2026.
