Clifford Chance advised Goldman Sachs International, acting as sole lead manager, in connection with Dünya Katılım’s inaugural Additional Tier 1 (AT1) sukuk issuance. Dünya Katılım completed an inaugural US$100 million AT1 sukuk, structured as an Additional Tier 1 capital instrument. Clifford Chance represented Goldman Sachs International, acting as sole lead manager, with a team composed by: partners Stuart Ure (Dubai) and Sait Eryılmaz (Istanbul), legal consultant Brian O'Leary (Dubai), senior associate Ali Can Altıparmak (Istanbul), associates Saby Mahmud (Dubai) and Büşra Altuntaş (Istanbul), and trainee lawyer Ali Gorji.
