Alia Mentis admitted to trading on Euronext Growth Milan with counsel from Advant Nctm and Gianni & Origoni

The listing followed a placement of new shares totalling about €35.0 million, with institutional demand roughly three times the offer; market cap after day one was €125.1 million."

Advant Nctm advised Alia Mentis, and Gianni & Origoni advised Intesa Sanpaolo (IMI Corporate & Investment Banking) and Giotto Cellino SIM in the transaction leading to Alia Mentis’s admission to trading on Euronext Growth Milan. Alia Mentis, a deep‑tech company active in innovative materials and specialised in the development and industrialisation of proprietary technologies for advanced composite materials, completed the admission to trading of its ordinary shares on Euronext Growth Milan. The admission followed a placement of newly issued shares raising approximately €35.0 million. Demand from Italian and international institutional investors was about three times the offer. At the close of the first day of trading, the company’s market capitalisation stood at €125.1 million. Giotto Cellino SIM acted as Euronext Growth advisor; Intesa Sanpaolo (IMI Corporate & Investment Banking) served as sole global coordinator and bookrunner; Ceresio Investors acted as lead manager; RSM acted as auditor; and My Twin Communication served as financial communication advisor.
