Plesner advised AP Pension as lead counsel in a Danish law-governed portfolio financing for Eurowind Energy’s development of eight solar energy parks in Poland. The EUR 111 million loan finances eight solar parks across Poland with a combined capacity to supply electricity to approximately 110,000 households. One solar park is already operational and the remaining seven parks will be developed during the next 12 months. The financing aligns with AP Pension’s ambition to remain active in renewable energy while delivering an attractive return for its customers, supporting the continued expansion of renewable energy capacity in the region and contributing to the security of Europe’s energy supply. Plesner represented AP Pension with a team composed by: Jakob Echwald Sevel, Christian Scott Uhlig and Andreas B. Moes.
