The law firm Couderc Dinh & Associés advised Harmonia Partners, Silveris and Twenty First Capital on the restructuring and opening to the public of Harmonia Corp, an evergreen multi-asset fund aimed at retail investors. The transaction concerned the restructuring of Harmonia Corp and its opening to the public. Harmonia Corp is designed as an evergreen fund enabling retail clients to invest across three main asset classes: real estate (50%), listed companies (25%) and private equity (15%), with a 10% allocation to money-market funds to maintain liquidity. The fund is classified by the Autorité des marchés financiers (AMF) in the category of "other alternative investment funds (FIA)". Silveris, founded in Lyon in 2004, is an independent wealth management firm recognised for a comprehensive, bespoke approach. It serves private clients, families, liberal professionals, expatriates and company executives, reconciling private and professional aspects of their patrimony.
