Advestra advised the sellers in the sale of the SecuSuisse group to Prosero Security. Prosero Security, a security provider based in northern Europe, has acquired the SecuSuisse group, a Swiss company headquartered in Bubikon with sixteen offices across Switzerland specialising in solutions for access-control and locking systems. The transaction marks Prosero Security’s entry into the Swiss security market, adding SecuSuisse’s national network to Prosero’s existing operations across northern Europe. Advestra represented the sellers with a team composed by: Beda Kaufmann, Thomas Reutter, Anna Capaul, Benjamin Grunwald and Daryana Maurer. The team acted as an all‑corporate M&A team.
