Paul Hastings LLP acted as lead transaction counsel to Beequip B.V. on HIVE 2026-1 and represented Beequip in connection with the offering. The transaction, HIVE 2026-1, is Beequip B.V.’s first EU STS-assessed securitization and its second public asset-backed securities (ABS) securitization transaction.
