Bredin Prat advises Maisons du Monde Group on debt restructuring

Bredin Prat advised Groupe Maisons du Monde in connection with the signing of a protocol agreement with a consortium composed of Alteri Investors and Eicos Investment Group and the group's banks; Jonathan El Baze (SOLVE) and Bertrand Manière (Thevenot Partners) intervened as conciliators. The transaction provides for a restructuring of Maisons du Monde’s debt. It is intended to allow the group to continue its operations through a strengthening of equity, a significant alleviation of its indebtedness and the establishment of a healthier financial structure. The operation is expected to be finalised during the summer of 2026.
