Bech-Bruun advised Team Olivia on the sale of Attrives to Carelink Gruppen A/S, acting in close cooperation with TM & Partners. The transaction involves the divestment of Attrives, the Danish arm of Team Olivia, to Carelink Gruppen A/S. Team Olivia is a Swedish care group backed by Procuritas that operates in personal assistance, home support, elderly care, rehabilitation and specialised welfare services. Attrives provides welfare services to citizens, clients, local authorities and partners across Denmark and employs more than 2,200 people. Carelink Gruppen is Denmark’s largest welfare group and comprises businesses with more than 20 years of experience in care, social services, employment and temporary staffing. The transaction remains subject to approval by the competition authorities. Bech-Bruun represented Team Olivia with a team composed by: Anders Hagstrøm, Mark Gall, and Gustav Søndergaard Bilecka.
