Paul, Weiss acted as legal counsel to AbbVie in its $10.9 billion all-cash acquisition of Apogee Therapeutics. The acquisition, announced on June 22, concerns Apogee Therapeutics, a clinical-stage biotechnology company advancing novel biologics for the treatment of dermatologic, respiratory and other related inflammatory and immunological diseases. The transaction is expected to be completed in the third quarter of 2026, subject to shareholder and regulatory approvals.
