Andronic and Partners advised Rheinmetall Group, while CMS reportedly advised the Chancellery of the Prime Minister, in relation to a Romanian public acquisition procedure carried out under the EU’s Security Action for Europe instrument. The procurement project, as reported by Andronic and Partners, is valued at approximately EUR 6 billion and concerns the enhancement of defence capabilities for the Romanian Armed Forces.
