The financing will support Allegro’s investments in research and development, information technology, advanced digital technologies, marketplace development and international growth. A&O Shearman represented the European Investment Bank with a team composed by: Partner Tomasz Kawczynski and Senior Associate Anna Pawelec. Clifford Chance represented Allegro.
