Advant Nctm and Russo De Rosa in Exelia's acquisition of Iset Telecom

Advant Nctm advised Bravo Capital Partners III, and Russo De Rosa Associati advised the selling shareholders of Iset Telecom in connection with the acquisition by Exelia. Exelia, a group controlled by Bravo Capital Partners III and participated in by management, has completed the acquisition of 100% of Iset Telecom, marking the second transaction carried out by the group. Exelia was established with the aim of becoming a national reference in consultancy and high-value IT services for healthcare and local public administration. Following closing, the selling shareholders joined Exelia’s capital alongside Bravo Capital Partners III and the founders of Goinfoteam, while remaining in their roles as chief executive officers of Iset Telecom to ensure managerial continuity. Advant Nctm represented Bravo Capital Partners III with a team composed by: partner Carlo Grignani and senior associate Debora Amati (legal), and partner Manfredi Luongo and counsel Irene Aquil (tax). Russo De Rosa Associati represented the shareholders of Iset Telecom with a team composed by: Andrea De Panfilis, Valentina Colonna, Andrea Massaccesi and Andrea Bertani.
