Choate represented Zentro Internet and M|C Partners in connection with the equity recapitalization of Zentro led by Greystar Infrastructure, with participation from StepStone Group and other global institutional capital partners. The transaction provides an equity recapitalization for Zentro, the largest private, multifamily-focused internet service provider in the United States. Zentro serves customers residing in more than 120,000 apartment units across more than 20 cities. The recapitalization will support Zentro’s balance sheet and its strategic plans, including future organic growth and mergers and acquisitions initiatives. M|C Partners will maintain a strategic position in Zentro’s ownership. Choate represented Zentro Internet and M|C Partners with a team composed by: Brian P. Lenihan, Michael J.
