BCTG Avocats advised Sport6, the sports activity of Source Private Assets, in connection with a strategic partnership with the Barbarian Rugby Club (BRC). The partnership formalises a strategic collaboration between Sport6 and the Barbarian Rugby Club, an association founded in 1979 and owner of the French Barbarians brand. It is intended to give new momentum to the club’s projects, notably through the development of teams, the relaunch of the brand, the creation of new partner and supporter events, and the continuation of the club’s societal commitments, all while respecting the identity and values of the French Barbarians.
