Bignon Lebray advises Trustteam on acquisition of DATA-SUP

Bignon Lebray advised Trustteam, while Squire Patton Boggs advised the sellers in connection with Trustteam’s acquisition of DATA-SUP; financial audit services were provided by Oderis and sell-side corporate finance advice was provided by Pax Corporate Finance. Trustteam, a leading European provider of IT services and solutions for businesses, has acquired DATA-SUP, a company specialised in IT infrastructure, hosting, connectivity, cybersecurity and communications solutions. The acquisition is part of Trustteam’s development strategy in France and strengthens the group’s foothold in the Grand Est region. It also enables Trustteam to consolidate its local service offering and broaden its capabilities to support clients’ digital transformation. With nearly 200 employees in France and revenue approaching €50 million, Trustteam continues to pursue its ambition to become a reference partner for enterprises in infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity and managed services. Bignon Lebray advised Trustteam on all legal aspects of the acquisition.
