Arnold & Porter advised Wiley in its acquisition of Emerald Publishing Limited from Cambridge Information Group. The all-cash transaction was valued at £337 million (approximately USD 452 million). The acquisition adds Emerald’s portfolio to Wiley’s holdings and expands Wiley’s catalogue to approximately 2,500 titles. Arnold & Porter represented client Wiley with a team composed by: Private Equity Co-Head Lowell Dashefsky, U.S. Antitrust/Competition Chair C.
