Arthur Cox advises Kennedy Wilson on €2 billion residential joint venture with APG

Arthur Cox advised its long-standing client Kennedy Wilson on its investment in a residential joint venture with APG. The transaction establishes a €2 billion platform focused on a residential real estate portfolio comprising major Dublin developments at Cherrywood, Player Wills & Bailey Gibson and Clonliffe. The platform will support the delivery of those developments across the sites. It is anticipated that, on completion of the developments, Kennedy Wilson’s Irish portfolio will consist of approximately 6,900 residential units.
