Bruchou Advises on Banco de Valores' AR$90.08 Billion Class 3 Notes Issuance
"Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised multiple parties on the issuance of Banco de Valores’ Class 3 Notes totaling AR$90,084,353,132, denominated in Argentine pesos, with a variable interest rate plus a 3.00% margin, maturing October 24, 2026. The firm acted as deal counsel for Banco de Valores (Valo) as issuer, for Valo and Max Capital as arrangers, and for Max Capital as placement agent; the notes were issued under a global program of up to US$150 million (or equivalent). The notes are listed on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos, authorized for trading on A3 Mercados, and rated A1+(arg) with a stable outlook by FIX SCR (a Fitch affiliate).
