"Compagnia del Gusto Holding has acquired 100% of Portinaro & C. and Krumiri Rossi, the historic Piedmontese high-end biscuit maker. The deal was financed by Amundi AgrItaly III. BonelliErede advised the buyer (corporate/M&A led by Francesca Di Carpegna Brivio; financing documentation led by Michele Florio; overall coordination by partner Catia Tomasetti) with due diligence support from beLab’s Transaction Services team. Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici acted as drafting counsel for Amundi AgrItaly III (team led by Marc‑Alexandre Courtejoie), with tax work handled by Michele Aprile and Roger Demoro.
