Compagnia del Gusto acquires Krumiri Rossi — BonelliErede advises buyer; Gatti Pavesi Bianchi Ludovici represents Amundi AgrItaly III

"Compagnia del Gusto Holding has acquired 100% of Portinaro & C. and Krumiri Rossi, the historic Piedmontese high-end biscuit maker. The deal was financed by Amundi AgrItaly III.
