Apollo Joins Consortium to Back Anthropic‑Led Enterprise AI Services Firm for Claude Integration

"Apollo Global Management is part of an investor consortium backing a new AI-native enterprise services firm led by Anthropic, with participation from Blackstone, Hellman & Friedman, Goldman Sachs and others (including General Atlantic, Leonard Green, GIC and Sequoia). The standalone company will embed Anthropic engineering and partnership resources to help companies rapidly integrate Anthropic’s Claude into core operations and scale enterprise AI deployments across the consortium’s network. Law firm Paul, Weiss is advising Apollo on the deal, led by corporate partners Joseph Glatt and Ian Hazlett with a multi‑disciplinary team including IP, tax and antitrust counsel."
