Baker McKenzie Advises Knorr‑Bremse on Acquisition of TRAVIS Road Services International

"Baker McKenzie advised Knorr‑Bremse on its acquisition of Dutch online booking platform TRAVIS Road Services International B.V., with a purchase price in the mid‑double‑digit million euro range; the deal closed last week.
