ADM Joinflex India (ADM Group) acquires Bangkok-based C.C.S. Advance Tech — Veritas Legal and Mediums advise

"ADM Joinflex India (part of ADM Group) has acquired a controlling stake in Bangkok-based C.C.S. Advance Tech Company (CCSA) in a cross‑border deal that transfers management control and marks ADM Group’s entry into the Thai machinery manufacturing market. Veritas Legal advised and assisted ADM Joinflex on the transaction, providing due diligence, drafting, negotiation and closing support (led strategically by Founding Partner Abhijit Joshi; deal team included Manav Raheja, Jhinook Roy and Nainaaz Irani). Thailand firm Mediums advised CCSA and its majority shareholders (deal led by Peerasanti Somritutai and Chavisa Jinanarong). ADM Joinflex makes tubular components for automotive and industrial sectors; CCSA is a vertically integrated manufacturer offering CNC machining, metal stamping, plastic molding, mold/die and jig/fixture production."
