Chandhiok & Mahajan secures CCI clearance for BN Group merger into BN Agrochem

"Chandhiok & Mahajan advised BN Group on a corporate restructuring that merges A1 Agri Global Ltd, B.N. Agritech Ltd and Salasar Balaji Overseas Pvt Ltd into BN Agrochem Ltd, securing antitrust clearance from the Competition Commission of India.
