BonelliErede and Giovanardi advise on €25M financing to support Don Carlo Gnocchi Foundation’s rehabilitation and health plans

"BonelliErede and Giovanardi Studio Legale advised, respectively, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti (CDP) and Fondazione Don Carlo Gnocchi on a €25 million financing to support the foundation’s development and investments, with a focus on intensive rehabilitation and emerging health needs. The loans were subscribed by CDP and Intesa Sanpaolo through the Impact Directorate of the Divisione Banca dei Territori. BonelliErede’s team was led by partner Catia Tomasetti (with Michele Florio and Andrea Ilacqua); Giovanardi’s team was led by partner Francesca Marino and counsel Michele Falzone. Deloitte provided strategic business advice and debt advisory support to the foundation."
