70 Million Euro Navigli Acquisition for Italian PRS III Involving Legance, DLA Piper and Dentons

Legance and DLA Piper assisted the investors Investire SGR (Gruppo Banca Finnat) and Partners Group in the transaction, while Dentons advised the financing bank BCC Milano. The transaction concerns the acquisition of two buildings in the Navigli district of Milan by Investire SGR and Partners Group. The deal, with a total value in excess of €70 million, constitutes the first investment of the newly launched Italian PRS III fund and strengthens the joint venture between the two firms in the Italian real estate and residential market. The acquisition was supported by a loan of approximately €48.2 million provided by BCC Milano. RINA Prime carried out the technical and environmental due diligence, and Dils acted as the real estate advisor and broker in the operation.
