"A&O Shearman advised a banking syndicate on the refinancing of 74Software, an international enterprise software publisher. The deal refinanced the group's existing debt (a EUR120m RCF and EUR80m and EUR120m term loans maturing 2027–2029) with a new EUR180m revolving credit facility due 2031 (two extension options) and a EUR230m amortizing term loan due 2031. A&O Shearman advised a banking syndicate (the banks) in connection with the refinancing of 74Software. The transaction refinanced the group's existing bank debt — a EUR120 million revolving credit facility and two term loans of EUR80 million and EUR120 million maturing between 2027 and 2029 — and put in place a new EUR180 million revolving credit facility due in 2031 (with two extension options) alongside a new EUR230 million amortising term loan due in 2031.
