AKD advised SPAR Holding B.V. on the acquisition of SPAR University. The transaction brings SPAR University, a leading Grab & Go concept for students at Dutch universities and colleges, under SPAR Holding’s ownership. With this acquisition SPAR University is set to enter a new phase focused on further professionalisation and growth and will continue to operate as an innovation hub within SPAR Nederland.
